We replaced the battery with the extra that came with it, and it still isn't working right. Waiting for word from the seller about returning it. EDIT: Seller contacted me and is very helpful. A new watch is on its way today. FOLLOWUP: New watch arrived, works perfectly, and seller was wonderful. My daughter loves the watch. Changed rating to four stars. There's no instructions but easy to set the time, however, after setting the time, the watch stopped working. Emailed the seller, and said to try to change the battery. It took me awhile to open since there were no instructions. There was a small groove at the back of the watch where you can open it, good thing it came with extra battery too. Workmanship was ok for a cheap watch. I'll keep it.
