Most Rolling Stones fans view this as the zenith of the Rolling Stones, because of the two Micks. Mick Jagger and Mick Taylor, who is guitarist of extraordinary ability. Heck, I wish he was still a Stone!! This album has one of my favorites of all time and that is Monkey Man. Also, it is a rare album without a weak track. You Got The Silver is a Keith gem, and it is a great song. Country Honk is a different version of Honky Tonk Woman and it is a great blues song. Love in Vain is a cover of a great blues song, and Mick is really wailing on this track. I'm not going to review each song, but you will love this album. Also, some great rock piano by Al Cooper and another, but you will have to read the liner notes or research to find out whom.

I bought this album for my best friend who has just taken his first steps into nicer audio at home. I had bought it on vinyl for myself when the album first came out and again when it first came out in CD format.

I've always loved this one as possibly my favorite Stones album, but WOW! On a dynamite system with a very good turntable, preamp, amp and some Thiel tower speakers in a room with good acoustics, this one just blew us away when we first put it on.

Nice hefty 180 gram vinyl disc feels substantial in your hands and that's simply a bonus in this case.

The sound on this record has been remastered and the result is nothing short of stunning. Crisp clean highs, warm thick mids and solid big-belly bass tones - this album is a solid performer across the frequency spectrum.

So if you're looking for an album that will reward you every time you listen to it, you might have to work some to get one better than this little beauty.

The disc itself is in perfect condition, not a "pop" to be heard. It arrived on time, as promised.
