A customized urethane coating is applied to the multi-ply nylon outer shell, preventing water from entering while still allowing moisture vapor to escape. All seams are factory sealed, and latex gaskets at the neck and wrists further reduce water entry. Superstretch neoprene self-draining cuffs protect the gaskets from abrasion and UV exposure. The double-tunnel waist with dual adjustable closures will seal with either a spray skirt, or the Kokatat Whirlpool Bibs to create a dry system. A self-draining zippered chest pocket rounds out the full-featured dry top.  Great product, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Kokatat Men's Tropos Helix Kayak Drytop (Misc.) I love this dry top. It fits great and is not too difficult to get on and off. The gasket around the neck was a bit tight but I stretched it out and got it loosened a bit.I took a swim with this on and no water got in at all. The only problem was that I ordered and extra large and got a large. But it turned out that it fit me perfectly so I didn't send it back. |
