This has just enough versatility for the masses, and it is not outrageously priced. If you want a strap and a dry pocket, shop no further because this is all you need.If you don't even need the strap or dry pocket, get a basic mesh bag for $5, which I also bought and reviewed. This fits my entire snorkel set (mask, fins, booties, snorkel). Note that I have large split fins, and it fits just fine. This bag was great for snorkeling, beach trips, and some water adventure outings. The bag is sturdy, durable, and well ventilated. It easily held my fins, neoprene socks, snorkel, mask, wrapped towel, spare shirt and dry shorts. The sipper pouch was also big enough to hold a compact digital camera, wallet, small MP3 player, zip lock with tissues, and my sunglasses. (It was a tight fit, but I got it all in there!) I also used the holes in the netting to attach my dry bags with Carabiners (C-clips).I don't really have any basis of comparison, but the bag was inexpensive and worked exceptionally well for me. It was a great way to keep everything together and let it dry. |
