I have run in this top in 15-30F weather, clear or snowy. I have worn it under a long-sleeved t-shirt, hoodie, or both. This is partly because of the tight fit and partly because of wind. I am 5'5, 150 pounds and the Medium top is very tight around my chest, arms, and hips, and very loose at the waist and upper chest/clavicle areas. I wear a medium or size 6/8 top and size 10 pants. The outline my sports bra and pants underneath are very visible because of the compression and thin (though warm) fabric. However, it is more comfortable than my over-sized cotton shirts.The sleeves are long, but that is great for tucking them into gloves. The top is also long in the torso, which I love! I have yet to feel too cold, chafed, or sweaty in this top. The Tempest is a gorgeous shade of blue!
