If you have a hearing impairment, this stethoscope is very helpful. I have unilateral hearing and have no problems hearing heart murmurs and breath sounds on extremely premature infants. There is no need for a bulky stethoscope that you won't be able to differentiate bowel sounds from cardiac sounds. I promise this one will be audible. There are not a lot of neonatal stethoscopes out there, so I am very happy that Littmann was able to satisfy my hearing impairment needs.

I love my new stethoscope. I work in the Veterinary field. I use it on cats and small animals. The color is also fabulous because everyone has a black or burgandy stethoscope. I know which one is mine from across the room. It works wonderfully. I usually have a hard time with stethoscopes because I can't usually hear well out of them. This one works great! I love it!
