    This piece of equipment is a MUST for young players at the earliest age possible. It teaches them to trust their equipment and reduces and eliminates fear of the ball. The earlier you begin a player wearing this device the sooner they get used to it so that it does not impede their swing. My 11 year old can take a direct hit from an 85 mph pitching maching and he claims he cannot feel it. THIS IS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT. Instead of diving out of the way of errant pitches, he can SAFELY take a hit and BEAT the pitcher thus improving his on base percentage. This product protects a batter as it claims without restricting mobility and is LEGAL in ALL organized baseball sports. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERY PLAYER IN ORDER TO "TRUST THEIR EQUIPMENT" AND NOT TO FEAR THE BALL THUS BECOMING BETTER HITTERS.
