The 4th lowest fiber was loose right out of the package. It would protrude from the pin when adjusting. I figured as long as it stayed seated after adjusting, it would be fine. However, after a day of shooting at the range, the fiber came out of the pin. It did not break, it was just never seated properly at the factory. The worst part is that Truglo did not respond to my email. I felt that if Truglo would just take it back direct and fix it, I would be happy. Why should Amazon have to eat the cost? Truglo's website has no phone number listing. They do have a contact link, which I used, and now after 8 days I have no response. Although I like the site, I would never recommend buying a product from Truglo due to poor customer support. (What elso might be wrong with this site?)
