I ordered size 10. They fit perfect and are very felixable. These are made with a solid material and do keep most of the sand out.The velcro strap is way too long. If I pull it tight it goes all the way over my foot and hits on the ground as I walk which causes it to come loose. The velcro on the strap doesn't hold very well. These are a pain to put on - something along the top catches my big toe. Once stuck I have to pull my foot out and try again remembering to curl my toes down. It does NOT have a "hardened insert sole for puncture resistant protection". You feel every pebble.
