Purchased this watch as a gift, it was beautiful! Squeals of delight when the present was opened. The detail on the watch cover is very delicate and pretty. Unfortunately, the chain was broken; Customer Service was amazing and sent another one out right away. Wonderful to deal with. The chain is quite sturdy, she often wears it as a belt! Cute and good value.

I bought this pendant pocketwatch for my wife's Steampunk Costume. I admit, for the price, we were expecting a flimsy little thing that wouldn't last past this Halloween. I'm happy to say that my wife is very pleased with it, and actually plans to use this beyond Halloween. She is big into Steampunk and Victorian stuff, and this piece fits both bills. The engraving on the case is nice, and the front flips open to reveal an antique looking watch face. She has been asked if it's an antique!
The chain is very sturdy and long enough for her to wear with a ruffled Victorian shirt. All in all, we are very pleased with the pocket watch necklace. Well worth the money!

This watch was purchased as a gift for my Granddaughter. She loved it but the problem was the watch only worked for a few weeks. The hands became frozen for no apparent reason and changing the battery didn't help. The company wanted additional monies to replace it-they really were of little help in the matter. I now see that prices have drastically gone up for watches from this seller, and I feel that the watch is no longer any type of 'good value'.
I think other reviewers reviewed their watch purchases too soon w/o giving it time to see how well it would really hold up. If you want a showy necklace it was nice, but if you want a watch that works I advise purchasing elsewhere. I wouldn't purchase from them again.
