I have been using Cheaters about 6 weeks now and it seems to be working.However it's was hard to tell the first month or so if it was because I typically exercise 5-6 times a week.The good news it that the last week or 2 I didn't exercise much I didn't lose wight but I didn't gain any either despite the Buffalo wings,pizza,fried chicken and fries and more pizza I ate during that time!(yea I've been slacking off lately shame on me but I really needed a break ;-))I typically used the 2-3 tablets dosage.
