5.0 out of 5 stars smooth and quiet, April 29, 2007
This tile saw works wonderfully. The sliding table is smooth and the motor is very quiet. I've made well over 1000 cuts on 12 inch tile without a problem. One good hint to keeping your water pump problem free is to submerge it in a 5 gallon bucket of water placed below your saw stand, and simply use the tray to catch the dirty water and scraps, so your pump is always pumping fresh clean water and will never clog or burn out. My only problem is when the tray gets full of water, the drain plug is in a slightly inconvenient spot to just pull it and drain the tray into another waste water bucket but you can overcome it with some quick hand work. Keep this machine clean and oil the moving parts and it will last you a long time.
