Link Cams by Omega Pacific Reviews
2 of 3 people found the following review helpful: These units are real friends!, By Ned Ludd "dogman2000" (Lee Vining, CA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Link Cams by Omega Pacific (Sports) I have been climbing for over 20 years, and I still remembered placing my first friend, which was clanking around on my rack of hexes and nuts. I've seen some nice advances since Ray Jardine's prototype hit the market, but the variable size range offered by the link cam is the best advance that I've seen yet. These units definitely help lighten the rack, and are perfect for clean aid climbing on big walls or for general cragging. The trigger action is very smooth, and the trigger cables are very durable, unlike other cams, where the trigger cables unravel quickly with heavy use. I highly recommend the link cam. |
