They're pleased at how precise the weight is, to the tenth of a pound, and that they don't have to ask anyone who happens to visit to read their scale for them. The voice is clear and loud enough, automatically turns on and shuts off, and batteries were included. There's even a setting for weighing in kilograms if you want to go metric. There was a statement in the directions about people with pacemakers using this product. I did contact the company and they were very easy to deal with! Full refund including original shipping. Even if the scale did work, I would have returned it. I bought it for my 93-year-old mother who is unsteady on her feet. This scale has a dip where the feet go and it is very slippery. Not good for people unsteady on their feet! |
